- Quaker Tradition and Practice
- People new and not-so-new to Quakerism are encouraged to participate in this four-part series that will compare early Quaker beliefs and practices with those of current-day Cambridge Quakers. What did (do) Quakers believe? How did (do) they seek to attend to God's presence in their way of worship and in their manner of conducting business? - Weaving the Blessed Community: Sharing our Journeys as Friends
- a Workshop by Deborah Fisch, Clerk, Iowa Yearly Meeting, Conservative
- At Beacon Hill Friends House
- In this workshop Friends will have the opportunity to reflect on their spiritual journeys to this point and begin to develop skill in sharing them with others. Sharing our personal journeys helps us to better connect with each other and is an integral part of weaving the tapestry of a blessed community. Deborah serves as coordinator of Friends General Conference Traveling Ministries Program and as staff for the FGC Ministry and Nurture Committee. She has traveled in the ministry to many meetings in the U.S. and Canada and has spoken and led retreats or workshops for meetings, FGC Gathering, and other Friends events including the 2003 FWCC Conference on Peace at Guilford College and the Midwinter Gathering of Friends for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Concerns in 2005 at Ghost Ranch, NM.

- Alternatives To Violence - Training, Basic Level
- at MCI Shirley
- Training in the internationally recognized Alternatives to Violence Program will be offered in 2 Boston area prisons in 2006: MCI Concord and Shirley. Participation by people from outside the prison community is limited to 5 individuals per session. Pre-registration is required.
