Tuition refund policy:
Dropping a course (your decision):
For online or local courses $5 of your tuition is considered a deposit and is not refundable. You can drop any course by email but it is your responsibility to make sure your get an email confirmation that your email has reached us.
If you drop the course 2 weeks or more before the course begins, the amount you have paid less $5 will be refunded.
If you drop the course 13 to 3 days before the course begins, for full tuition payment we will refund 1/2 your tuition. For students recieving financial aid, refunds will be prorated.
No refunds will be given for courses dropped after 3 days before the class starts.
Cancelled courses (cancelled by Quaker Studies)
If a course is cancelled before its first meeting due to low enrollment or because the course leader is unable to participate, Quaker Studies will refund your tuition payment less the $5 deposit. Refunds for courses which course leaders begin but are unable to complete will be handled on a case by case basis.
